Hardware Repairs

95% of our Mobile Phone and Computer Hardware repairs we do in store and for more advanced repairs we utilize Service Plus, refer below.

Service Plus are Authorised Apple service providers and they utilize a nationwide courier service to deliver goods to and from their repair locations. Their systems are fully integrated with the couriers for Track & Trace purposes.

They send us a "PlusPak" courier pack, which includes suitable packaging and a courier label. We then call the courier to collect or you or if you are outside Whitianga you can just drop the package into your nearest NZ PostShop and they'll take care of the rest. Fees may apply where courier services are required.

For regular customers in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, they provide a van delivery service which has scheduled pick-up and drop-off arrangements.

Getting it back to you:

If we send your product to Service Plus via courier, they will return it via courier to us (fees may apply).

You can collect your goods directly from one of their locations in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch or in store at Computer Freeks.

A $50 handling fee applies and a minimum inspection fee also applies as follows...laptop's or Mac's $90, Iphone's $50, IPad's and Ipod's $25. When you proceed with the job, the inspection fee's are deducted from the final amount payable.
